About Me

I’m Dani, a landscape designer with a landscape architecture degree from Victoria University in Wellington.

I design thoughtful and functional outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial projects, guiding each one from concept to completion.

My work blends beauty with purpose, and I’m particularly passionate about creating usable, engaging spaces for families to grow, play, and connect.

I especially love weaving edible gardens into my projects, inspired by life with my two sons and the learning we share in our own veggie garden.

Let’s create an outdoor space you’ll love.

I believe that the best landscape design starts with understanding how people really live in their spaces. When I meet with clients, I always take the time to ask questions - not just about how you want your garden to look, but how you use it, what you enjoy doing outdoors, and what kind of lifestyle you want your space to support.

Whether its kids playing on the lawn, quiet morning coffees in the sun, or growing your own food, these personal details shape the entire design.

No two projects are ever the same. Each design is completely tailored to the individual client, the site, and the way the space needs to function. My goal is always to strike the perfect balance between practicality and beauty.

I want your garden to feel like an extension of your home, to be a space that not only looks great, but actually works for your life.

Why should you choose Wild Oak?
